Lin Fan (penname), also known as Lin Shifan (penname), is an artist, a poet and painter, with her legal name Yang, Lin. She is a descendant disciple of Qi Baishi, who had the great influence in transition from traditional to modern art painting in China. She graduated from the School of Art and Design of Nanchang University in 2006 and studied under Mr. Li Qiang (penname: Xiaotian), a disciple of Lou Shibai.

She had painting collaboration with Office of Forbidden City, Office of GongMeiZao, DiaoYuTai , and Central Government Agencies, to provide paintings & art products.

As a member of the Chinese Poetry, Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, she has published many works. Her comic works won the National Industrial and Economic News Award, and her design works won the first prize in the National Pioneer Youth Design Competition.
